Not only did they return my call but they listened to my situation and they made calls to a number of employees that could resolve my emergency. Needless to say they delivered a machine within 30 minutes and I was able to resolve the situation. They have world class customer service and equipment. Their machinery is well maintained and reliable. Family run business on family values. I would recommend them to everyone!
